Jazz ensemble gives a jingle

Take time out for a little Aperitif.

CHRISTMAS is go, go, go but Heritage Winery is giving visitors the chance to put their feet up and have a bit of time out to listen to some cool jazz.
The performance is part of the third annual Jingle Bell Jazz at Winery.
The event on Sunday 30 November from noon to 4pm will feature the Aperitif Jazz Ensemble with its songbird Teri Welles and friends.
For the past two years, Heritage Winery has hosted a series of successful Jazz Sundays with Aperitif, Teri Welles and guests presenting a wide range of best-loved jazz songs with a sprinkling of blues, pop and soft rock.
“Each Jazz Sunday has a theme if you want to dress up a little,” singer Teri Welles said.
“We have prizes for best and silliest interpretation of the theme.
“This year the theme is bells to ring in the holiday season!”
The venue is the original Heritage tasting room on Granite Belt Drive, Cottonvale.
Entry is $15 per person.
Wine, affordable food and refreshments are available for purchase. Bookings are preferred.
